♡ COMMISSION SLOTS• I have a limited number of commission slots available each month.
• Submitting a commission request does not guarantee acceptance.
• I reserve the right to review each request and decide whether I can accept the commission.✦ PAYMENT• Payments are accepted through PayPal via invoice or Ko-fi.
• Payment must be made 100% in advance before I begin working on the commission.
• Your commission slot is only considered confirmed once payment has been received.⏳ DELIVERY TIME• Estimated delivery time is 7–30 days, depending on my current workload, the complexity of the commission, and the order of the queue.
• Please keep this timeframe in mind before commissioning.↩️ CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS• If you need to cancel before I have started working, you may request a refund. However, any fees associated with the refund are the client's responsibility.
• No refunds are available once I have started working on the commission.
• Once work has begun, the payment is considered non-refundable.✧ WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE• A finished digital illustration in JPG and/or PNG format.
• Final artwork will be delivered in FHD resolution.
• The final file is intended for the usage rights agreed upon when commissioning.✦ COMMISSION PROCESSThe commission process includes 3 progress updates where changes and modifications can be requested.01 — SKETCH
This is the planning stage where I study the idea, concept, composition, and pose.Changes to the concept or pose can be requested during this stage.02 — LINEART
At this stage, the final pose, expressions, character details, and overall drawing are reviewed.Minor adjustments can still be requested before moving forward.03 — BASE COLORS
This stage is for reviewing the colors, color placement, and remaining drawing details.⚠️ Major changes to the pose, composition, or concept are no longer allowed at this stage.Once the base colors are approved, I will begin the final rendering process. After rendering begins, no further modifications or changes will be accepted.Please make sure you carefully review each update before approving it.✦ COMMISSION USAGE POLICY ✦By commissioning artwork from AnikaCrystalArt, you are purchasing the artwork for the agreed-upon usage rights. Copyright and ownership of the artwork remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.♡ PERSONAL USEPersonal commissions may be used for:• Personal social media profiles
• Avatars, banners and profile decorations
• Personal wallpapers
• Sharing the artwork with friends/community
• Printing a personal copy for yourselfPlease credit AnikaCrystalArt whenever possible when sharing the artwork publicly.🚫 NOT ALLOWEDUnless specifically agreed upon, commissioned artwork may NOT be:• Reposted or reuploaded as your own
• Edited, recolored, traced or substantially altered
• Used to create derivative artwork without permission
• Used for NFTs or blockchain-related projects
• Submitted to AI image generators or used for AI training/datasets
• Used to generate AI variations, edits or references
• Used to claim authorship of the artwork
• Used to remove or obscure the artist's signature/watermark
• Resold, licensed or redistributed
• Used for merchandise or other commercial purposes© COMMERCIAL USECommercial use requires a separate commercial license.This includes, but is not limited to:• Merchandise
• Products for sale
• Advertising
• Branding
• Promotional material
• Monetized content
• Commercial publicationsCommercial rights are not automatically included with a standard commission.If you intend to use the artwork for any commercial, promotional, or revenue-generating purpose, a Commercial Use License must be purchased. Commercial licensing fees are calculated as follows:+50% — Small creators and independent businesses, including VTubers, Twitch streamers, YouTubers, and similar content creators.+100% — Merchandise, branding, logos, mascots, game assets, promotional material, or other monetized content.+200–500% — Large companies, corporations, or high-revenue commercial projects. Final pricing will be determined based on the scope and intended use of the artwork.✧ ARTIST RIGHTSUnless a client purchases an exclusive/private-use agreement, AnikaCrystalArt retains the right to display commissioned artwork in portfolios, galleries, social media, commission samples and promotional material.Clients may request a private commission agreement if they do not want their artwork publicly displayed.⚠️ AI POLICYMy artwork may not be uploaded to AI generators, AI training datasets, image-to-image systems, AI editing tools, or other machine-learning systems without my explicit written permission.This includes using commissioned artwork as a prompt/reference for generating AI artwork.♡ COPYRIGHTThe purchase of a commission does not transfer the copyright of the artwork.The client receives the usage rights specifically agreed upon at the time of commission.
